Joining the union
To join Unite the Union [Amicus section] you must print-out the application and check-off forms,
the links for which are down below buy if paying by Direct Debit complete the banking details on the
form and when completed return the appropriate forms to the appropriate Group Secretary contacts:

The new style application form allows you to opt for employer's monthly deduction in which case print-out the check-off form. if by Direct Debit then complete the appropriate bank details on the application form.NEW subscriptions rates apply from 1st September, 2011 and are:
Option 1 £11.48 or £10.87 if not paying the political levy, part-time staff £5.72 or £5.11 if not paying the political levy
Option 2 £12.13 or £11.52 " " " £6.07 or £5.46 " "If any member wishes to go for the additional benefits, I would ask they wait until the salaries
departments adjust for the increase.If you do wish to opt for the new benefits option 2 then please contact your Group Secretary on or
after 1st October, 2011 for this to be implemented. It would also be useful if you forwarded an email
