Current news:

          National Dispute really no action other than a lobby/picket of the 30^th Nov Graduation
          ceremony. No students as it is a holiday for them.

          It was decided to hold the AGM and the discussion of what actions to be taken on 30^th at a meeting
          of members on 29^th and from this came a new executive nominee Tom Smith Residential and Business
          Studies. [RBS]

             In the RBS one outstanding redundancy to be resolved.

           RBS staff being offered a one of payment of £2,500 plus legal fees to reduce the number of weeks worked 
          from 52 to 42 per year.

           From 2012 RBS staff will only have 15 days to take as they wish the others will have to be agreed but
          will likely involve a long shutdown in January month plus others.

            PaySave was been implemented from 1st April, 2008;

            Current staff salaries at 1/08/10   Next pay review 01/08/11 still in dispute
